Refund policy
We do not offer refunds or replacements for tubers that are damaged during shipping, die before planting, rot after planting, do not bloom, or are stunted. We take precautions to mitigate the spread of virus in our field by having a strict sanitization protocol.
Packaging Errors: Inspect your tubers immediately after delivery to ensure that there is the correct variety and number compared with the packing slip. If the order is incorrect in any way, you must contact us via email at: scarletsunrisefarms@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to try and correct the order. After 7 days all sales are final. Do not contact us about order concerns via social media.
Storage Loss Prior to Shipping: Loss of tubers during storage can happen. If we cannot satisfy part of your order due to storage loss, you will be notified and refunded the amount of that item. If you ordered other varieties they will ship as expected. We do not offer replacements for a variety lost during storage.
Loss During Shipping: We do not offer replacements or refunds for orders lost or damaged during shipping.
