Tubers come in all shapes, sizes, and textures—and sometimes with a little character. After all, they are dug straight from the ground. You might even find a bit of dried dirt on them (the horror).

We don’t sell all “supermodel-perfect” tubers, but every tuber will have a viable eye and, with proper care, will grow beautifully.
