Meet The Farmers

In Charge Of The Garden

Erica

Prior to becoming a full-time farmer, Erica spent nearly 20 years in the pharma industry as a toxicology researcher focused on oncology. Over the years, she grew Scarlet Sunrise Farms alongside her career, selling dahlia tubers, cuttings, plant starts, and seasonal produce. What began as a side venture has now grown into a full-time passion, as she takes the farm to the next level. She brings the same attention to detail and care from her scientific background into every aspect of the farm.

In Charge of the cows and handyman extraordinaire

Bruce

Bruce cares for a small fold of Scottish Highland cattle and is the builder behind the farm—constructing fences, greenhouses, and other essential structures. He’s also an integral part of the garden, helping prepare beds and till the pumpkin patch each season.

In charge of everyone

Quinn

Quinn loves helping in the garden, especially when it comes to flowers. He enjoys choosing blooms to hybridize, always curious about what new combinations he can create. His favorite dahlias are Hart’s Bonnie, Karma Choc, and OMG.
